🌐 Required for Both Plans

  • Domain Name: You must have a domain.
  • SMTP-Compatible Email: Required for sending registration and recovery emails.
    • ✅ Supported: Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, Zoho Mail, etc.
    • ❌ Not Supported: Free email services like Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook
    Note: SMTP service setup (DNS records, verification, etc.) is your responsibility.
  • Database Integration: Game data is read from TXT only.
    You need: item_proto.txt, item_list.txt, item_names.txt, itemdesc.txt
  • MySQL Version: Minimum required: PHP 8.3
    Minimum MySQL 5.4

💻 Additional for Full Source Plan

  • Clean VPS: A fresh server with
    CentOS 7.x
    Debian 10, 11, 12
    Ubuntu 18.04, 20.04, 22.04
    CloudLinux 7.x, 8.x
    AlmaLinux 8.x, 9.x
    Rocky Linux 8.x
    is required.

    Shared hosting is compatible with Mutulic CMS but i not reccomand.
  • Location: Ensure the CMS VPS and Game Server are hosted in the same or neighboring countries to minimize latency.
License Terms & Conditions
Read Carefully: By purchasing Mutulic CMS, you agree to the following terms.

🔒 Ownership & Licensing

  • Every sale is final and non-refundable.
  • The CMS license belongs to one individual only. If multiple team members purchase together, you must indicate who will legally hold the license.
  • The license cannot be transferred or shared under any circumstances.
  • Only one live instance of the CMS can be in use per license. Cloning or using it across multiple servers or domains is not allowed.
  • If team members split and create separate servers, only the person assigned as the license holder retains rights to use the CMS.
  • Misuse of the license or unauthorized redistribution may result in permanent suspension without refund.

🛠️ Support Policy

  • Support is offered on a best-effort basis. Responses are not guaranteed instantly.
    Typical reply time: a few minutes to 48 hours.
  • Free support includes only:
    • ✔️ Bugs in the CMS code itself
  • Free support does not include:
    • ✖️ Questions about modifying or extending the code
    • ✖️ Issues caused by your own code changes
    • ✖️ General “how to” questions
    • ✖️ Problems resulting from your server, firewall, or DNS misconfiguration
    • ✖️ Revisions to custom work already delivered and approved
    • ✖️ Upgrades, redesigns, or third-party integrations
  • Paid support and customization are available upon request and are subject to hourly pricing.

📌 Additional Terms

  • The CMS is provided "as is". You are responsible for ensuring it meets your needs before purchasing.
  • Intellectual property remains with the original developer. Redistribution, resale, or rebranding is strictly prohibited.
  • Updates and patches are provided at the discretion of the developer. Major version upgrades may require a separate fee.
  • Violation of any term may result in permanent license termination without refund.
