📋 Terms and conditions

1.Services Provided
I, Mutulic, provide a pre-built Payment Gateway System for integration into your platform. This system is sold "as-is" and includes support for Stripe, PayPal, and E-Payouts by default. Customizations or additional payment methods (e.g., cryptocurrency) can be implemented upon request for an additional fee.

2.License and Usage
The purchase of the Payment Gateway System grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your projects. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of the code is strictly prohibited.

3.Customization and Additional Features
Upon request, additional payment methods or specific customizations can be implemented. Any additional work will be subject to a separate agreement outlining scope, costs, and delivery timelines.

4.Payment Terms
Full payment is required upfront before delivery of the Payment Gateway System. Payments for additional customizations will be handled based on a mutually agreed payment structure.

5.Delivery and Installation
The Payment Gateway System will be delivered electronically as a downloadable file. Documentation for installation and basic setup will be provided. Installation and integration services can be offered for an additional fee.

6.Support and Maintenance
Basic support for installation-related issues is included for a limited period 30 days. Extended support or ongoing maintenance services can be provided for an additional fee after first installation.
Minor updates will be provided free of charge. I will announce upcoming updates on the Discord channel, specifying whether they are free or paid.

7.Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in cases where the delivered system is proven to be non-functional and I am unable to resolve the issue.

8.Confidentiality
All client data and details related to integration and usage of the system will remain confidential and will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties.

9.Liability
I am not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Payment Gateway System. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and payment provider terms.

10.Termination of Service
If any terms of this agreement are violated, I reserve the right to revoke your license and terminate support. Any misuse or unauthorized distribution of the Payment Gateway System will result in legal action.

11.Modifications to Terms
I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Buyers will be notified of significant changes that may impact their use of the system.
